Flyover was streaky (not sure how to describe it better). Restarted phone. uninstalled , re installed app. Now it goes extremely slow and goes out of center, so I cant even see But now it also happens with  runs that worked before. Also tried some of my friends . They work just as normal. Tried uninstalling/re installing , cleared cache - all of that multiple times. Restarted phones. Getting really frustrated here. Cant get ahold of support either. 

Hi ​@mich67, indeed - I’ve tried a flyover on one of my latest runs and it's… psychedelic, I don't have a better adjective 😀 the map seems to “pop” from 2d to 3d bit by bit during the video, the cursor (runner) constantly jumps out of the path and back, and the whole video is unusually slow. ​@mich67 would you please confirm whether you see this in a browser or in the app? What browser or phone is it?

My configuration: iOS app, latest updates both for Strava and iOS, no other apps have perf issues, Strava status page doesn't indicate any current problem. The browser version (via the flyover share link) works correctly, the problem seems to be only in the app.

I see it in my app. I got Android. Funny that it works on my friends flyovers. The share link doesn't work either.  It basically just shares  a picture. Phone is up to date. Even tried it on my husband's phone. Same thing

3D map seems to be broken. Everything is flat.


3D flyovers are broken. New and old activities flyovers are out of focus, map seems more like 2D than 3D. This happens when trying to view my own activities as well as friends activities. 


So,  it's not just me. Hopefully Strava does figure it out. But first someone from Strava actually needs to respond. Hate paying for a subscription and things aren’t working .

Indeed - I tried my today's run as well as the run that was glitching yesterday, it seems to be fixed!!! 👍

I have this problem right now only when I try to share the flyover on instagram. Anyone else? I'm an Android user.

I can confirm you are correct when it comes to sharing flyovers.
Our team is aware of the issue and working on a solution.
I’ll return to this thread once I receive more information.
