I completed a hike today, imported it and although I have the tick showing it has been imported, I cannot see it in my feed or via my activities.
None of the stats have been applied to my account either. My profile is not showing the workout.
The hike data was taken from my Apple Watch and everything is visible in Apple Health.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Ken J, it may be the case that your Apple Health activity upload was malformed and could not be processed correctly. If this is the case, reaching out to Strava Support is necessary to correct the issue. You can contact the team using the information in this help article: How Do I Contact Strava Support?
Hi @Ken J, this sometimes happens to me when I quit the import screen early - before the import is fully complete. The activity then has the checkmark you've mentioned, but actually isn't on my profile.
It usually helps to tap the checkmark to re-import the activity - and wait a bit to make sure that the import doesn't get interrupted.
Hi Jana_S I’ve tried importing several times but no success.
As you can see it’s there but nothing showing.
Oh 😕 you know what - just in case, wait a couple of hours, just in case there's a lag on Strava side. People have been mentioning a delay between the syncing & the activity appearing.
If it doesn't help, you can either try contacting Strava Support who have access to your account and can troubleshoot (we at this community hub can't...), but you’ll need to be patient, there's a pretty long waiting time (several weeks) due to a backlog from what I hear.
Or, you can also try some 3rd party tool to sync the activity from Health and import it to Strava. I use the RunGap iOS app for similar purposes (the primary reason is to sync my AW runs to Runalyze and to Garmin Connect, but it can also sync to Strava), it's not free but it's not too expensive.
Sorry, I don't have any better suggestions - maybe someone else will have some more ideas...
