Please check your date of birth in your profile, if it implies you are under 16 years old Strava will not allow the use of heart rate data. See https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000841610-Can-I-use-Strava-if-I-m-under-the-age-of-16
+24Can you give more information? How are you recording your heart rate? Are you using the Strava app or some other device like a watch? Have you enabled health data permission in Strava (https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000556410-How-Strava-Uses-Health-Related-Data)?
+24The instructions for both the app and website are in the link I shared.
From the You tab go to your Settings (⚙️) and select Data Permissions.
From the Data Permissions settings page, tap the Health-Related Data option and select the “Allow” option.
