I retired from the company and was using that email address for years. Since it is no longer valid, when I try to log in it states it send a code to the work email, which I cannot access. I tried changing the address on the app, but it does not appear to work. 

How do I change my email address?

Hi ​@ceylonshoe, if you don't have access to the old address you'll need to contact Strava Support, they most likely have a process to verify that your request is legitimate, and will change the email address for you. Just note, from what I hear, the response time is rather longer, so you might need to be patient. Anyway - here's how to contact them:
