I would like for my profile to only show my city and/or province, but not my country. Multiple friends have it this way, but I can not manage to show it this way. Is there any way to do it?

I’ve noticed that generally, when I look at people / activities from the same country, I see the town/region. The country would be displayed only if it's abroad. So it's not an option in user preferences, rather Strava behavior.
