story is short: 

two years ago my account has lost ability to get download link of my data in bulk. on my first tickets support was giving me my link manually. this year they answered me “our team is limited in our ability to investigate these sorts of issues directly. We do want to make sure you have the right resources to find a solution” and recommended to ask community. here is me. 

so, anyone know how to get gpx files from all my thousands activities or how to solve problem with strava support to force them to solve my account issue?

Sorry to hear about this. It's true that the team is swamped, but this isn’t something that the community hub could help with - not directly, anyway. Only the Support team has access to all things account related (and could help with the link). 

(FYI ​@Lola ​@Marya ​@Bryant ​@Kimberly22 - this might need to be brought up with the Support team, perhaps this is an opportunity for improvement.)

Anyway. If you're ok using a workaround, you can use some 3rd party app - for iOS, the RunGap app is great, there will be certainly something similar for Android. I’ve used it to copy all my activities to Garmin Connect (for my coach who doesn't speak English and Strava isn't very user friendly for him, Garmin has more diverse language localisation, so I needed an easy solution to get all my activities there - and RunGap has saved my nerves!). It's not optimal but if you don't want to / cannot wait for Strava Support to get back to you, this could be a way.
