I do runs and trail runs.

When I do trail running, I am able to download my activities. But when I do runs (on a track) and I record it on Strava, I am not able to download my activity. And when I want to share it, it’s shared as links not the picture. Also, I noticed that when I record trail runs, my route is orange but it’s black on track runs. How do I fix that?

Hi ​@rasefo, it's because you've hidden the map. The dark grey parts are hidden, either because of your privacy zone (usually around your home address), or because you've changed the map visibility for that particular activity. If you want to make the map share-able, you can't keep it hidden.
