I paid on iOS but no subscription was show up

My current account is logged in through Apple ID. I switched to an Apple ID on my phone and subscribed. I found that the money has been deducted, but I am still in a non-subscribed state.
Is it not possible to recharge and subscribe with another Apple ID for an account logged in through Apple ID? If I change my email address to get rid of the Apple ID, can I subscribe with another Apple ID?
