Hi everyone!

I am struggling with a strange problem. I changed my phone in January and it was necessary to log back into my Strava account. When I did this, instead of logging into my account, a new account was created, with the same email. In my “new” account I found the “right” one with all my activities and photos, so it exists.  I tried the password reset option, but I don't get any message with a link to do it. Has anyone had a similar situation? I wrote to support, but apparently they have a lot of requests and the waiting time is extended.

This is a common mistake that happens however you’ve performed the best troubleshooting options.

You’ve already attempted to reset your password and you’ve reached out to our support team.
Someone will help you with your issue as soon as possible but I want to thank you for reaching out on the hub just incase any additional options were available.
