Why is the customer service irresponsible and unresponsive? It's been 2 days since I submitted my ticket about a refund and still no one from the support team is responding regarding that. I hope the support team can do better. 

Ciao ​@cade_m. The support team is facing a lot or requests in this period. They'll surely come back to you asap. Here in the community hub subscription requests are not handled.
