Hi everyone! I just wanted to kindly ask if anyone has experienced this before.

 

A few days ago, I submitted a refund request to Strava Support for a subscription renewal that I wasn't expecting. I’ve already canceled the subscription and sent all the necessary details, including my GPA ID and screenshots.

 

It’s been about 3 days without a reply, so I gently followed up. After that, I noticed that the priority of my request changed from “Normal” to “High.”

 

I was just wondering — has this happened to anyone before?

🌱 Does the priority change usually mean they’ve started reviewing it?

🌱 How long did it take for you to get a response or result?

UPDATE ON MY REQUEST OF REFUND

So, I am frequently checking my email for the strava team to view my request and I forgot to check the important emails.

I am waiting for their reply and I didn't see any on the primary inbox but when I check the important emails, I saw their response. I have already given the information thay they need. Hopefully that they will have immediate action because I really need the refund as soon as possible.

Strava has already processed and refunded my subscription. I’m truly grateful to the support team who handled my case. Thank you so much — you are amazing! 🙏✨
