Hi everyone! I just wanted to kindly ask if anyone has experienced this before.
A few days ago, I submitted a refund request to Strava Support for a subscription renewal that I wasn't expecting. I’ve already canceled the subscription and sent all the necessary details, including my GPA ID and screenshots.
It’s been about 3 days without a reply, so I gently followed up. After that, I noticed that the priority of my request changed from “Normal” to “High.”
I was just wondering — has this happened to anyone before?
Does the priority change usually mean they’ve started reviewing it?
How long did it take for you to get a response or result?
