Peloton App indoor run uploads are failing. šŸ”¶Ā Investigating + Workaround Detected Our team is aware of this issue, and is working with Peloton to hopefully resolve this issue going forward. Hi, since a couple of days I have a notification of a new message. But i don't have a new message.

How can i get rid of the notification?

Hello ​@ModeBoĀ - thanks for posting! Please go ahead and delete the Strava application from your phone. Power your device off for 10 seconds, turn your phone back on and reinstall the Strava application. You will not lose any data if you do this since all data is stored on the Strava servers.

Nope... did send a ticket to support, but the advices i reveived didn't help either... still got the new message notificationĀ

Just a thought - and I have no idea if it's gonna work, but it could be worth trying:

Have a friend send you a new message, you'll probably get a new notification. Open that one. There's a chance that the system will dismiss the notification completely when you open the new message.Ā 

Or, maybe it came from an account that was inactivated / deleted in the meantime… which would probably mean that Support has to delete that ā€œghost messageā€ from their end...
