[Resolved] Bulk Export not working

I submitted a request to download my data more than 48 hours ago, and I haven't received any email form Strava since (I’ve checked the spam folder as well). Is there any way to verify the status of my request?

Thanks so much for your patience. Our engineering team has confirmed the issue preventing the bulk export feature from sending links has been resolved. Please go ahead and request your bulk export again. If you continue to experience any issues receiving the link, please reach out to Strava Support with the Strava ID or a link to your account.

On the 26th of April I used the bulk export option. I have not received an email (and yes I checked my spam folder) and wonder when that will come. It shouldn’t take 3 days I think, but maybe someone can help me out?
