lost access to account when i changed email

Has anyone else changed email on an account and it’s now logging you into your old account and not your current account? I’ve submitted a ticket but I haven’t had anything back from Strava so I was seeing if anyone here knows how to resolve this situation. Thanks everyone

In that case you have to wait for the support to contact you. Strava claims that one email address can be used only for one Strava account but it seems that your email is assigned to two accounts anyway. Only they can sort that out.  And if you want to merge the two accounts because there are too many activities in both of them to download and upload them manually then also only the support can help you.

When you say old account and new account does that mean you have two Strava accounts? Or is it one Strava account where you changed the login email address? On what device are you unable to logout and then login with the new email address?

As you could post here that means at least in the web browser you do have access to your account. Can you access www.strava.com as well and check your account there?

Yes I have 2 accounts but when I changed my email I forgot that was the email for my old account (the one I’m using to post this comment) and it logged me out of the account that I use now on everything. When I upload a run from my Garmin it does upload it on that account. I’ve seen comments on here about merging 2 accounts into one
