I am contacting you because when I tried to save my today’s activity the app failed to save it ( sometimes it happens if the internet is not available exactly at the time so I thought it will be registered but it never did ) so I logged out and in again and was surprised to see all my data has disappeared and it is as if I am starting all over again with no pictures or previous activities.

Would you be kind to help me retrieve my data please as last few months hard work is now gone and I can not see my profile.
