Make gear transferable and allow logging activites to somebody else's gear

It would be great if all gear could have its own identity profile in Strava, such that if we borrow or rent gear we can tag an activity to a specific bike wether we own it or not.  Feature would also alow us to buy/sell/transfer gear from one user to another, so when we buy a used bike we have its history.
