+2I would like to suggest a “Delete All Text” button in the automatic form after an activity.
The main reason here is to customize the activity since now I have to manually delete all the automatic text.
My suggestion is to add a “Delete Text” button (like in the screenshot in blue) to facilitate this.

I’ll +1 this, since it appeared on iOS and it’s annoying.
When I am prompted to provide a title for a new activity on iOS, it used to have the default description highlighted so I could just start typing over it. Now it doesn’t, so I have to select the text, delete it, then add my title. It’s an annoying speed bump and it’d be great if you restored the original functionality.
