I recorded an outdoor run activity in the zepp app. Everything was recorded correctly including map/route data. The app is linked with strava. Looking at the activity in strava however does not show map data in the run activity. What can I do to resolve this?

I did find those posts and have tried these. 

The first one does not seem to reflect the current layout of either Strava or Zepp app:

“Profile > Settings > Person Information Security and Privacy > “Tracks Recorded by Workout are not uploaded” and turn it off. When turned off it should upload correctly to Strava.”

I am unable to locate this setting in either Zepp or Strava.

 

As for the second options this is like it said a workaround for this issue and not really a solution for something that should work automatically.

 

 

If it’s not that important to you that the map is not shown then of course you can wait for a solution (that maybe never comes) instead of using workarounds.
