We need to have a max capacity on events!! I’m trying to keep my run club capacity low and it’s hard to do that when I can’t put a cap on how many people can join

Hi @Jackfriedman

I recommend creating an invite-only club as club owners and administrators can then invite athletes or approve requests to join. Currently, there's no limit on the amount of people that can join a club. If the club is public, anyone will be able to join. Keep in mind that invite-only clubs are not invisible to non-members; they only require admin permission to join. However, recent activities, discussions, and private group events will be hidden from non-members.

Let me know if you have any other questions!
