Hi my husband, Ian Dickinson, sadly passed away on 5.5.2024.  Subscription was taken 10/01/2025.  I have cancelled the subscription but I was a day  too late.  
 

I have emailed on numerous occasions (ticket number 3186556 but have not received any response.  I can provide a copy of death certificate if required.  As you can appreciate this is a very emotional time and I would appreciate your response
