As ​@JBW-Florida told you, it's described in the linked post. 

To summarize, you need to open your user profile on the Strava website, look in the address bar, and see 8 digits at the end of the URL of your profile. That's your ID. (If the number is shorter or longer, do read that discussion mentioned above.)
