Hello, I had an incident where I guess I had forgotten to turn off the automatic renewal on a free trial for a membership, and I was charged the full 80$ for the year. In the terms for the membership, it says there is a 14 day period where the membership could be refunded. Just curious, how would I go about getting a refund? I am on an iPhone.
