Yesterday we cycled a beautiful 100km ride through the Dutch Limburg hills with our club. In total with 22 people divided over 2 groups. Now we have almost all cycled the entire route as it was planned.
Only some, including me, have adjusted this route slightly to also include some extra climbs, but after that we also got back to the group as quickly as possible/via the shortest possible distance.
Now I have (according to Strava) completed the route with only person A, B and C. This while person C did not cycle this adjusted route but person D did, who I do not see again. If I look at person A, there are 7 team members who I do not see in my list. This is also the case with person B (6 others) and he also does not have all the members that person A does see.
Every now and then our mutual distance will have been more than x meters, but then it is strange that person A would be visible to me. He is one of the fastest climbers in the club and I am one of the slowest (due to weight).
We are a team so we wait for each other, who knows how long he (and others) have been waiting.
But if everyone has uploaded their activity and the start time, start point, end point etc. of the activity is more or less the same, why does everyone see other teammates and is no one's list complete?
Now you can manage the group yourself and send messages to others in the group. But can't it be easier?
