Missing qom on the list

Hi, I got a QOM on 4 segments yesterday. All 4 segments appear in my activity. Unfortunately, when I go to the list of all my QOMs, one of the segments is missing. When I check the profile of the girl who is now in second place, that QOM still appears on her list. I've tried using the "refresh activity achievements" tool multiple times, but unfortunately it hasn't helped.

Is there any other way to refresh that segment that I might be missing?

That’ s an old Strava bug, they are more focused on new features instead of fixing their codebase. Only the Strava support can correct the wrong QOM assignment. There was a report about that last year in

When contacting support it should help to point out that you are the first in the female leaderboard https://www.strava.com/segments/36604963?filter=overall&gender=F, so they don’t reject you with recommendations like checking if your activity is visible to everyone and if the segment is in your privacy zone.

Can you post a link to your activity?  It might help if we could see it to see if there may be something else impacting it.  It might also just be that it needs a little more time to index in the system.  Is that segment by chance starting or ending within a privacy zone you have set up?  If so, it will not show on the public leaderboards.

Thank you for your response. Here's the link to the activity:

And here's the link to the specific segment that isn't showing up on my list of all QOMs:

I don’t have a privacy zone set up — I disabled it some time ago.
If you notice anything else I can do, please let me know.
