my activity doesn't want to process

I've tried every trick that they say to do in this case online but nothing works and my 8,8km run is stuck in "processing activity" and I can't even see it on my feed. Is there any special way to fix this? Its really annoying and I don't want it to happen again and hopefully not have lost my run from today
