I can find it if I perform a search in my activities. Others can see this activity only if I send them the link. How to resolve it ?

Hi @vic sar, is that activity unusual in any way? Somehow different from your regular ones? (Uploaded in a different way etc)

From time to time, people report delays with activities showing up on the timeline, which seems to be caused by some slowdown on the Strava servers. If that is the case, the situation should resolve itself in a couple of hours.

Having said that, I don't see any current issues at https://status.strava.com, so if the activity doesn't show up anytime soon, try adding more specifics and perhaps also a link to that activity if you're ok with that, someone may find the culprit by looking at it.

This is the activity. I remember the net connection was not very good when I save it from my Garmin, otherwise nothing special with it.

Thanks @vic sar  - so one odd thing I’ve noticed is the elapsed time, which shows as 73423:51:39 - which may indicate there's something wrong with the activity data. At least I suppose that the activity didn't take you over 8 years 😀

So unless you're concerned about losing kudos and comments, I’d suggest you try deleting the activity from Strava (perhaps export a backup first) and re-import from Garmin.

Thanks, Jana ! It’s a good idea, but how to import later from Garmin ? Usually, I just save it on Garmin and appears automatically on Strava.

Hmm, good question. I don't use Garmin so I don't really have that experience.

Either try going to the tab You > tap the gear wheel icon (Settings) in the top right corner > Manage apps and devices, your Garmin should probably be there. Tap it, and see if you see the list of activities synced in the last 30 days. If it's there, it will probably have a ✔️ next to it - when you tap that, you'll see a prompt to confirm whether you wish to re-import.

Alternatively, if you are using Garmin Connect, you can export it from there (open the activity on the garmin connect website, then I think gear wheel, and the export option should be there), and then import it manually via https://www.strava.com/upload/select

I found out that was a corrupt data file and I had to fix it and upload it again, now it’s all good. Thanks a lot !

amazing, I’m glad it's fixed! 👍
