You might want to double check the club’s eligible activity types. If the club is e.g. for bike rides only, it might not count ebikes, and similar. Also, private activities won't count in the leaderboards.
FYI All of these activities are from zwift, and most of my clubs are specific for zwift riders; e.g. the one in the latest picture. This means that the 126 km who shows up in that and all leaderboards are solely from zwift.
I’ve noticed the same issue with my Strava activities since last Friday. My regular rides done on a normal (non-e-bike) bicycle — where all the activity settings and gear selections are correct — are not showing up in the monthly challenges, club feeds, or in my weekly totals.
These are standard rides recorded as Outdoor Rides (not virtual or e-bike activities), and they appear correctly in my activity list, but they seem to be excluded from stats and leaderboards.
I’ve already checked:
The activity type is correctly set to “Ride.”
The privacy settings are set to “Everyone.”
The rides are synced normally from my device.
Is there no known bug in Strava now that cause this? @Jana_S
@Halls thanks for the details - I don't know but I’ve notified the moderators about this thread, they should be able to check with the Strava engineers.
Yes, they have a status page at https://status.strava.com, you can look at the incidents history… but it's really just for major issues / outages, it's not a bug tracker.
Hi all, thanks for flagging. Our team recommends writing in to us so they can review the rides. Please create a ticket and a member of our team will be able to better assist. Thanks!
Hey @TTom some of your activities outdoor may have a GPS "artifact" a certain moment where the GPS did something insane. I found that to be the case in mine and my friends activities. I attached an example of such events. Hope it helps and would be nice if we were able to crop this moment in the middle of the rides and not only in the start and finish of the rides!
