Hi,

All my runs on Strava show Elevation Gain on the feed card instead of Pace.
They are flat runs, marked as Road, and recorded from my Strava app. I do not use any apple watch or Garmin watch. I’ve tried editing the activity type, refreshing the app, but nothing changes. Other people’s run show Pace correctly.
Can someone please help fix this or tell me how to make it show Distance | Pace | Time instead of Distance | Elevation | Time?

Easy Long Run | Run | Strava

Hi @arjunwho,

This is because your run had significant elevation - as mentioned in a similar post, for a running activity, the elevation will appear in place of pace/speed if the elevation gain is greater than 100ft per mile. Otherwise, pace/speed will be visible on the dashboard.

If you’d like to make this customisable so that you can choose which metrics to be displayed, you can vote for that option here:

Hi @Jana_S

Thanks for clarifying! That makes sense now.  I didn’t realize the 100 ft per mile rule was what triggered the change. I voted for the customizable metrics feature. Appreciate the quick help!
