why after i have running, my feed didnt show up my watch under my shoes gear ?

You might need to specify which exact watch you're using - and how you're syncing your activities to Strava. 

Some devices (either lesser known brands, or very new models of established brands) might not yet be mapped. If that's the case, the device manufacturer should submit a device mapping request to Strava. 

Some devices don't include the device name in the activity data at all, meaning that Strava has no way to recognize it. 

And some ways of syncing drop the device name. For example I’m using an Apple Watch. If I sync my activity directly from Apple Health to Strava, the device name is displayed correctly - but Strava doesn't import cadence data (that's another story...), so I prefer using a data import app (RunGap) which allows me to include the cadence data as well - but the downside is that it doesn't include the device name.

So there may be multiple reasons, and you may or may not be able to fix it depending on the above.

My watch is Garmin Instinct E, ohh i see so the point is if this is a new model of watch, strava will not recognize until it mapping by them
