Due to the fact that my Strava account won't automatically update from my Fitbit, I have go through the onerous process of uploading .tcx files on my laptop. To compound my frustration, it seems to be pretty random when Strava sends me the necessary 6 digit code which is required to log into my account. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there an alternative way of logging into Strava?

Maybe you can find a browser where you are already logged in. Otherwise you have to contact support and wait some weeks so they can change the login back to using a password. They botched the new login feature and forgot to give the user a way back without external help. Not getting the 6 digit code is also not unheard of. I have a slightly other case where it’s not possible anymore to login with mobile firefox in IOS, there I also get the message that a 6 digit code was sent but I never got these emails.
