Nothing helps

We might need some more information to be able to help.

What specifically do you mean by “nothing works”? 

Where are the 5-6 activities stuck? Do you have any screenshots?

What exact phone & watch are you using?

Are you using the Strava app to record the activities, or something else (e.g. the default fitness app of the watch) and sync to Strava afterwards?

I’m using the Strava app directly on my Apple Watch (not the default Apple Fitness app). Before every workout, I press Start on the Strava app on the watch, and when I’m done, I press Finish and then Save, like I always used to.

Before, my workouts would appear as posts in the Strava feed right away. But starting last week, even though I follow the exact same steps, the workouts don’t show up on my profile. I’ve done this about 4-5 times now, and none of them were posted.

I’m using an Apple Watch [series 10gps] and an iPhone [14pro max], and both apps are up to date.

When you open the Strava app’s settings on your AW, you should see a number of unsynced activities there - tap it and you should see the option to trigger the sync manually:

I went into the Strava app settings on my Apple Watch, and it showed a number next to “Unsynced.” But when I tapped on it, nothing happened – it just blurred the screen, and no syncing options appeared.

Hmm, that's odd - this definitely should bring up the manual sync option… here's more details:

Can you double check that both your iPhone and AW are connected to the same network? Perhaps you’ve accidentally switched to a different wifi, or disabled it on the watch, or something...

I know this doesn’t help with the activities that have not sync’d but personally I always use the native Apple Watch app and then sync those to Strava.  
I’ve never had any problems using this method; I have the auto sync function enabled.
