A few days ago, I purchased a one-year subscription using Apple Pay, but it’s still not active on my account. I contacted Strava support, but there has been no response or action so far. My Apple Pay is linked to a different email account than the one I use for Strava. What should I do?

Ciao ​@JozefG92. I think the subscription links directly to your email account. Have you tried to change your email in settings?

If it has not been able to solve the issue, as you already did ,for Strava subscription enquiries, you can visit the Strava Support Center or email them at support@strava.zendesk.com. 

 


I’ve tried, but unfortunately, I can’t change the email.

I have already sent an email to support, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from them.  
Is there any other way to contact support, or did I simply lose the money I paid for a subscription that doesn’t work?

Unfortunately, I still haven’t received any support from Strava. Can I expect any help, or did I simply waste my money and my subscription?

I’ve noticed that my old account, which I no longer use (and which probably has the same email address as my current one), has an active subscription. It seems that when I paid for the subscription, it was applied to that old account, even though I was logged into and using the new one.

Can someone help me with this?
