Hi, i accidentally paid for an annual subscription. I canceled the subscription the same day. How can I get a refund?

Good luck, I’ve been waiting on getting a refund for over 2 weeks with no response at all. And they keep sending me automated messages that I need to reply to keep the ticket open, even thought I've replied to every email they’ve sent. They’re either severely backed up or are woefully negligent towards customer service.
