Dear Strava Support Team,

 

I am contacting you to request the cancellation of the Strava subscription that is already active on my account. I never consciously agreed to this subscription, and only realized the charge after the transaction was processed.

 

I have submitted a refund request through Google Play and am currently waiting for the process which is said to take 1–4 business days.

 

Here are some details that may help you trace my account:

 

Amount charged: Rp 609,390.00

Device used: Android

 

I would like to ask the Strava team to help me:

1. Cancel the active subscription.

2. Review this case and support the refund so that my funds can be returned.
