Problem with Best Efforts in Cycling: No power data displayed

When I want to check the “Best Efforts” of the people I follow, everything is fine besides POWER data in CYCLING. No matter whom I check, including pro cyclists, it says “No PR - Yet! A PR will be recorded when they record a ride of 5 seconds or longer (with power data)”. I checked at least 15 profiles - nothing. And I am sure I have seen their power data on the bicycle before. Elevation, distance etc. is normally displayed, though.

When I check my own power data on the bike in the “Best Efforts” section, I see it (5, secs, 30 secs, 1 min...) but it says “Only you can see your power data”. This is strange, and might be connected to the non-visible power data of the other people. I checked my privacy settings and nowhere have I excluded power data in the visibility.

I wonder whether others encounter the same issue?
