When looking at my profile and the “My Stats” section it is only showing I have done total of 45 runs 0miles and this year 15 runs 0 miles.

This is completely incorrect I know I have done 353 runs, for 1,187.6 Miles

How is it that these stats are now showing as total Garbage.

Anyone else notcied this.

Hi @richardki,

I’ve checked mine and it seems to be correct,

Can you try whether the Refresh Stats button corrects that for you?

My stat list seems to be correct.  Just a couple things to check for yours.  First, are you sure all of your runs are loaded as runs and not walks or hikes?  If they are loaded as runs, are they just loaded as a “run” or are they maybe loaded as a “trail run”?  I don’t know for sure, but there is a chance that “trail run” may not be captured in the “run” stat summary.  Maybe someone else can say if that is the case or not?

This number is an “all run” total, at least in my case it includes also trail runs (I’ve cross-checked with my annual “all run” goal progress and the number is the same).

It's rather weird that OP’s stats show zero distance and non-zero duration, that's surely not correct.

It always used to show correctly, only just noticed this has happened. If I compare to a friend, it does show correct, just when I look at my profile it seems to go wrong.

Here is a comparision from a friend when it shows correctly.

Interesting.  I would definitely submit a support ticket to get that checked out by the strava techs.

@richardki so just to check, have you tried the Refresh Stats button as suggested? Has it done anything?

Jana. That was the first thing I tried, as well as removing cookies and clearing cache. Logging out etc.

Interestingly when I click on the year and change it to say 2024, or 2023, or 2022 still shows no data.

Definatly a backend strava issue.

I have now open a support ticket.
