Hi i would like to followup my ticket of getting a refund it automatically deducted from my e-wallet and im saving that money for my school trip this june

Here at the community hub, we can't help with refund requests (this is a place where fellow athletes help each other with Strava features - but with no access to people's accounts). Only Strava Support can handle this - if you haven't contacted them yet, here's how: 

 

If you already created a Support ticket, please wait for the team to get back to you. They're currently dealing with a backlog of tickets so the response times are unfortunately rather longer, but they'll process your request as soon as they get to it.
