Hello! So, this is similar to other inquiries. I just can't calm my mind because i am a student and the annual subscription is a huge amount for me.

Last June 18 i tried to get me a free trial to strava app, i processed everything thru strava app. Then after a few hours, i cancelled it (also thru strava app bc i thought it would be cancelled to where i also subscribed). Then just this July 18, 1680php was deducted to my gcash account. I just found out that i needed to cancel it thru google play.

I then cancelled it thru google play and submitted an appeal. It was denied, saying it does not align with their policy. So i contacted strava support. Submitted a ticket, they replied and asked me to give them necessary details. I finished doing that then also emailed their zendesk account. I already did everything you guys are saying to get support. I just now want to know if i should just sit and wait or try and try strava to notice my report. I already followed up yesterday.

If you already have an open ticket you can only wait, they have a huge backlog to work on.
