I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account. I signed up for a free trial on July 10, 2025, but I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription.

The recent charge of $52.35 was an automatic renewal that I was not aware of. While my account shows the transaction date as August 9, 2025, the money was actually deducted from my bank account on August 27, 2025.

As I have not been using the paid features since the trial ended, I would like to request a full refund for this transaction.

You will need to submit a support ticket to Strava to have them look into this.  Refund requests and things along those lines can’t be addressed in this peer-to-peer forum.
