Dear Strava Support Team,

I am contacting you to request the cancellation of an active Strava subscription on my account. I never knowingly agreed to this subscription and only became aware of the charge after the transaction was processed.

I have submitted a refund request through Google Play and am currently awaiting the process, which is expected to take 1–4 business days.

Here are some details that may be helpful in tracking my account:

Amount charged: Rp 609,390.00

Device used: Android

 

I would like the Strava team to assist me by:

1. Canceling the active subscription.

2. Reviewing this case and supporting the refund so that my funds can be returned.
