"Hi everyone, I just noticed an auto-deduct charge for a Strava subscription on April 13, 2025, from my e-wallet (GCash), which happened without my consent. As a student, I’m on a tight budget, and I did not authorize this charge. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Hi ​@biyen, unfortunately we cannot help you here (the community hub is a place where Strava users advice each other, but without access to account/subscription information). You’ll need to contact Support as described here:
