How can I request a refund immediately?
My Gcash app automatically bought the subscription through Google and it took my monthly allowance and in need of money ASAP. How can I do this and how long it would take.

How long would it take - I don't know, here at the community hub we don't have the visibility of the response time. However, from what I hear, they’ve been dealing with a backlog of tickets so it may take rather longer. Fingers crossed that you get it sorted soon.
