Hello 

 

its been seven day's since i requested a refund and yet I didn't get a response to an team, its only a automated response 

and when i check my ticket in it's says status solved.

how is that possible? I didn't receive my refund? howw?

it may take a while to actually issue the refund after it's processed. I don't know what the timeline for Strava is, but for example in my country, the law is that the merchant has to issue a refund within 30 days. 

There can be more details / expected timeline in that automated response. Here at the community hub, we don't have access to your tickets (we're Strava users like yourself), so I can't see it. So have a look at that what it says.
