I filed a refund ticket after I was charged for an annual plan following the end of my free subscription. According to the guidelines, I was instructed to cancel the subscription (which I did) and provide proof of the charge, stating that I’m eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
It has now been 16 days since I submitted the ticket, but I’ve received no response from Strava’s customer service.
I get that they probably have a lot of support tickets to solve, but I would simply like to be assured that I’ll still get the refund even if they reply outside of the 14 day window.
