How much Time Strava does respond to a subscription refund because I've sent you a refund request email with the terms explained by old support. how long to take the reply, because I was surprised there was no notification and immediately subscribed for a year. too much money was cut from my e-wallet, please help team strava thats money for my school. I need the money

I am in the exact same situation as you. I accidentally subscribed to Strava a few days ago, and now today when my bank account had enough money, the charge got automatically paid without my consent. Have the strava addressed this problem and returned the money to you? And if so how did you do it? Please let me know

Hi, you need to contact Strava Support, here's how:

(Note - the act of subscribing includes giving consent for the payment. Of course you can still request the refund but to be honest I don't understand why someone would claim that a payment was processed without their consent, when it was a payment for a service that they had clearly ordered and authorised the payment. 🤷‍♀️)

Alright, it was my fault though, i accidentally register myself to the trail, so when the trail ended, I absolutely  have no idea, and the money just got cut from the e wallet. I knew it was my fault, but I wasnt really meant it, I love using Strava but dont really have money for the pro. Now its been 2 days since the customer service mail me back to asked me to provide a few informations, and nothing else, Im really worried I might lose this money, what should i do now


You have to wait some time (it can be weeks or even months) but you will get the money back.
