Hello!

How long it would take to request for refund? I accidentally paid for annual subscription instead of monthly today, February 3, 2025. I already submitted a ticket, but I didn't recieve any emails or notification yet. I want to take back my money on or before February 17 because if if reaches beyond that timeframe, it would be impossible for me to refund those. Please help me for as it is the only money left on my e-wallet and it is use for school. I'm hoping they would consider this problem. And please, someone who can reply to this matter? Thank you!
