Good Day, 

May I request a refund for my cancelled subscription, please? I really had no plan to continue the subscription after the free trial ended since I only subscribed in the first place to try the app while jogging.  I forgot to cancel the subscription before the free trial ended. The money used was supposed to be my allowance for my daily needs, so I apologize if I am about to cause an inconvenience on your end; I hope you can oblige my request for a refund. Thank you.

Hi ​@erikasantos, you’ll need to contact Strava Support, this is a community hub where users help/advise each other, but don't have access to subscriptions and such. Here's how:
