Subject: Request for Refund – Annual Subscription

Dear Strava Support Team,

Good day.

I am writing to respectfully request a refund for my 1-year Strava subscription with an amount of 1,500, which was charged through my credit card.

The payment was made unintentionally, and the money used was originally intended for my school allowance, as I am currently a student. Due to this reason, I am kindly requesting your consideration for a refund.

What can't you access?

If you mean the Strava Support page, you might need to log in with the same credentials that you're using for your Strava app. 

If you have problems using that page for the ticket submission, you can email them at support@strava.zendesk.com.
