I am writing to respectfully request a refund for my 1-year Strava subscription with an amount of 1,500, which was charged through my credit card.
The payment was made unintentionally, and the money used was originally intended for my school allowance, as I am currently a student. Due to this reason, I am kindly requesting your consideration for a refund.
