Can I still get a full refund from this app? I just installed the app, and to my surprise, I have now a paid subscription for a year. I didn't have a notification that I subscribed on this app, and a even confirmation from my bank before even paying, but upon checking the Google Play Store just now, face recognition and fingerprint are both enabled when paying, so I think payment was made thru this as my bank linked to the said application.

I'm in shock because I barely open the app, and even didn't use it at all. I even suspect my bank that is linked to my Google Play Store that maybe it was their mistake, but it wasn't, and all along it was your app who charged me without even using it.

I'm just afraid I can't have my money bank because upon searching on the internet about your terms for requesting a refund, users can only have a request within 14 days after the purchase, but it's been almost a month now since I requested, and that's because I didn't know it's this app who made an auto debit in my bank account. 

I'd be glad if I hear something from you. And upon reading here, I'm not the only one who experienced the same problem.
