Hello,

I’ve recently been experiencing an issue: when I start an activity using a route I created, the route no longer appears on the map. I have no way to view the planned path during my ride/run.

Could you please help me resolve this?

I already opened a ticket a few days ago, but I haven't received a response

They replied that they are investigating the bug and hope to fix it soon

 


Still waiting for this major issue to be corrected. What are they working on over there? 


It's been a month of the app not working properly, is there any plan to fix this?
